These Terms govern your use of the mobile application TSUBO : Japanese Crossword (“the App”) provided by Komadori Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial language learning.
The App, its content, design, and learning materials are owned by Komadori Studio and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without our permission.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with its operation, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is a study aid. While we strive for accuracy, learning content (meanings, clues, example sentences, translations) is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it is free of errors. It is not a substitute for professional instruction.
The App may display third-party advertising (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or external sites linked from them.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komadori Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本規約は、Komadori Studio（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリ TSUBO : Japanese Crossword（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
当方は、個人的かつ非商用の語学学習を目的として、本アプリを利用する個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可・撤回可能なライセンスを付与します。
本アプリ、そのコンテンツ・デザイン・学習素材は Komadori Studio に帰属し、関連法令で保護されます。当方の許可なく複製・再配布・転売・二次的著作物の作成を行うことはできません。
リバースエンジニアリング、運営の妨害、違法目的での利用など、本アプリの不正利用を行わないことに同意します。
本アプリは学習補助ツールです。正確性に努めていますが、学習コンテンツ（意味・ヒント・例文・翻訳）は「現状のまま」提供され、誤りがないことを保証しません。専門的な指導の代替ではありません。
本アプリは第三者広告（Google AdMob）を表示する場合があります。第三者広告やそのリンク先サイトの内容について当方は責任を負いません。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、本アプリの利用から生じる間接的・付随的・結果的損害について Komadori Studio は責任を負いません。
当方は本アプリおよび本規約をいつでも変更できます。変更後も利用を続けた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
