These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Oganesson app ("the App") developed by Komadori Studio. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
The App offers an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase, "Remove Ads", which removes advertisements and grants permanent 2x coins. Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. You can restore your purchase on devices signed in with the same Apple ID using the "Restore" option in the App. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Unless you purchase "Remove Ads", the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komadori Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Komadori Studio が開発する Oganesson（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリのダウンロードまたは利用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
当方は、個人的かつ非商用の娯楽目的で本アプリを利用するための、譲渡不可・非独占的なライセンスをお客様に許諾します。法律で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布はできません。
本アプリは、任意の買い切り型（非消耗型）課金「広告削除」を提供します。これにより広告が非表示になり、獲得コインが常時2倍になります。決済は Apple により処理され、お客様の Apple ID に課金されます。同一の Apple ID でサインインした端末では、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から購入を復元できます。返金は Apple のポリシーに従って Apple が対応します。当方が直接返金を行うことはできません。
「広告削除」を購入しない限り、本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わず、特定目的への適合性を含むいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリが中断なく、またはエラーなく動作することを保証するものではありません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Komadori Studio は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる間接的・付随的・結果的損害についても責任を負いません。
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。最新版は常に本ページに制定日とともに掲載します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
