By downloading, installing, or using Tripiece (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tripiece grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Photos, captions, map titles, and other content you create in the App ("User Content") remain your property. The App stores User Content locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or claim any rights to User Content.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Do not import photos for which you do not have the right to use.
The App offers an optional one-time premium upgrade purchased through the Apple App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed by RevenueCat on our behalf. Premium status is restored across reinstalls and devices signed in to the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" function in Settings.
All sales are final and subject to the App Store refund policy. Tripiece is not able to issue refunds directly; please contact Apple for refund requests.
The free version of the App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The premium version removes advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling related to advertising.
The App uses public-domain administrative boundary data sourced from GADM. GADM data is provided "as is" and Tripiece makes no warranty as to its accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripiece, its developer, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
To prevent loss of User Content, please periodically use the in-app backup feature in Settings.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature within it, at any time without prior notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (Japan), except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
